Non-oriented electrical steels are silicon steels in which magnetic properties are practically the same in any direction of magnetism in the plane of the material.

Typical applications are for motors, generators, transducers, and magnetic circuits of industrial machinery.

Semi processed CRNGO is used to manufacture commercial power frequency devices. It provides the customers the option of using their proprietary heat treatment processes to obtain desired core-loss and permeability characteristics. This option can result in cost savings for the client.
